Johnny Chung, CPA, MST, MBA

Johnny Chung is an experienced tax professional with a diverse background in both public service and private practice. He previously served as an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS’s Large Business & International (LB&I) Division, where he audited complex income tax returns, analyzed financial data, and developed well-supported audit determinations.

Johnny also held tax auditor roles with the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), where he further honed his expertise in tax compliance, financial statement analysis, and providing advisory services to taxpayers and government stakeholders.

In the private sector, Johnny worked as a tax manager and accountant at public accounting firms, specializing in the preparation of a wide range of tax returns—including individual, business, nonprofit, gift, and estate filings. His experience spans tax compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for a diverse clientele.

He holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, Johnny has also served as an adjunct accounting instructor, demonstrating his commitment to technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Bill Qu, EA, MST

Bill Qu holds a Master of Science in Taxation and brings extensive experience in tax return preparation. He specializes in partnership taxation, with a particular focus on the real estate industry. His background includes many years of practice in public accounting firms, where he developed a strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory services.

Bill is a highly skilled accounting professional with a robust background in both public accounting in the United States and private accounting in China. His diverse experience enables him to deliver comprehensive insights and proactively meet client needs. He offers a global perspective and a nuanced understanding of complex financial and business environments.

Christine Sun, Ph.D

Jenny Wang, CPA, MST

Jenny brings more than 10 years of public accounting experience to her client engagements, with a specialization in pass-through entity and nonprofit organization taxation. She works extensively with high-net-worth individuals and their related entities, and has substantial expertise serving clients in the real estate and private equity sectors.

Jenny holds a Master of Science in Taxation from California State University, Northridge. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the California State University, Fullerton. Jenny is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and an active member of both the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
